Initial Connection/ Search takes very long

Expected Behaviour:

Pi Hole running in Docker on a Rpi 4.
Pi Hole is set as DNS at router level for both IPv4 & -6.
Upstream DNS: Quad9 (filtered, DNSSEC)
Expected: Surfing without any unusual load times.

Actual Behaviour:

First search with a browser (Brave) after opening it up or waking PC from sleep mode takes about 10 seconds.
After the initial search everything is as fast as usual.
This persists with other Browsers e.g. Edge.
Also: Opening the Discord Desktop App also takes 10 - 15 seconds.
Have only encountered this Problem on my PC (over LAN).
Did not notice anything unusual on my Phone.

Debug Token:

I think i found the Problem an a Fix:

It is not a PiHole Problem --> I switched to the default Quad9 DNS and still had the problem.

I googled it without the context of PiHole and the problem apperently is the "automatic proxy detection" setting in Windows.

Go to settings and just search for "Proxy" (it`s under the Network and Internet Settings).

If your "automatic proxy detection" toggle is on, turn that off and restart your browsers and chromium based applications like Edge, Spotify and Discord.

It should work fine now.
