Import /etc/pihole/custom.list for easier safe search enforcement

I feel it would make enforcing Safe Search for Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, YouTube and other sites easier. Also possibly more people would be able to use it as it would be easier to add to Pi-hole.

This only works on global level.
At some point I played a bit with Adguard Home and from what I remember you could configure this per client.

As you showed a way to import this custom.list - what is the actual feature request here?
