I have a question every block list contains regex by default but why pihole cant just import it instead of manually am i missing something here?
You can add all your regex entries at once.
Just copy all your regex (one entry per line - or on a single line, separated by spaces):
(\.|^)domain1\.com$
(\.|^)domain2\.com$
(\.|^)domain3\.com$
Then paste all off them here:
They will be imported.
