Ignoring query from non-local network

Just installed pi-hole using a video turorial on youtube made by hardware heaven (Blocking Ads With a 15 Year Old Computer - YouTube).
Unfortunately, I got a warning in dnsmasq core, which states "ignoring query from non-local network 23.126.79.140 (logged only once)". Checked the documentation, but found nothing in my help. Also googled the warning, a few possible sollutions came up, but nothing like that could solve mine.
I'm really new to using linux, so please go easy on me.

thanks

Is this your ISP?

23-126-79-140.lightspeed.spfdmo.sbcglobal.net

As far as I know my ISP is Telekom, can't really say more about that, sorry.

Do you have port 53 open in your router? Is there a DMZ leading to the Pi-hole host device?

port 53 should be free, but there is a DMZ on the host device

Close this. Exposing your Pi-hole to the internet creates an open resolver.

okay, that does solve my problem.
Thank you very much!
