Ignoring query from non-local network (logged only once) from (its own ip?)

Now this seems to be quite beaten down i restarted my pihole and got this warning:
ignoring query from non-local network [local ip of pihole] (logged only once)
in the error log now normally you could assume this is some issue with the firewall but the warning did provide an ip and said ip points directly to the local ip of my pihole in my own home network so its saying that its own requests got ignored because it thinks its more than 1 hop away? i am really confused about this

I am running this on a ubuntu 22.04 LTS rasperry pi 4 with unbound and openvpn by the way.

well the real question here am i safe to assume that the ip in the error i specified above is the ip the request got send from (aka the pihole itself) so its probably no real issue here?
(still don't get why this would produce said error in the first place then trough)
