If DNS seems to drop intermittendly thus causing no resolution .. what would I see in the logs?

A few times a day it seems like i'll lose resolution capabilities. it goes out .. stays down for .. maybe a few minutes tops? but then recovers. happened right around 11am CST time today. Creating a debug token, but i'm happy to look myself. I'm almost 100% positive this is due to DNS failing / restarting. Running on an older v2 rPi.

just an update. This just happened again. during these little outages i can tell its due to DNS dropping because any internet requests in the browser hangs on "resolving host" ... so strange
