You continue to have the same problem - your DHCP server is not distributing the Pi-hole IP as DNS server.
From a client that you believe should be connected to the Pi-Hole for DNS, from the command prompt or terminal on that client (and not via ssh or Putty to the Pi), what is the output of
nslookup pi.hole

This client is not using Pi-hole. Pi-hole is at IP 201, and this client appears to be using the router for DNS, and not using Pi-hole.
how may i fix this problem?
Change the DHCP settings in your router.

You haven't shown the DNS settings on the router.
Is this a Fastweb Fastgate router? It may be that on this router the DNS is set automatically by Fastweb and you cannot change it. From a forum post
