deHakkelaar was talking about the Audit Log page.
You can find the Audit log exactly on the same link, but you need to scroll the page down to see it.
Also, note that the link is showing Pi-hole v3.2 images.
The current pages will look a little different, since the current version is Pi-hole v5.

How do I get to those?
