How to remove the domain from the blacklist and block only the subdomain

I downloaded this list:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/zangadoprojets/pi-hole-blocklist/main/Pornpages.txt, but inside it is blocking the website terra.com.br.
But when I check pihole audit, it only shows the subdomains.

I want the subdomains to remain blocked, but the terra.com.br domain, I want to release it.

In the Pi-hole web interface, in Domains, add a Whitelist entry for terra.com.br. It will be whitelisted and the subdomains will remain blocked.
