Since you replied on a three-year old thread, I moved your inquiry to a new topic.

You can put an adlist on any local file, as long as you provide the correct path to that file as the URL in the adlist entry page in the web admin GUI.

In the case of a local file, the format would be file:///file-location, as one example.
