I do not think there is lists/blacklists availble.
Pihole is developed for blocking ads. Not "categories"
But feel free to help and create a blacklist and share it with the community.
If you are looking for such service, try NXfilter. It has that category.

Regex filters can be effective for blocking domains with defined words in them.

You wouldn't expect a regex expression with "game" to block a domain that doesn't include that text string in its domain name.
