How to add ad.doubleclick.net to White list?

I was added ad.doubleclick.net to white list + Add domain as wildcard, but I still have the blocking:

also I do not see it in Query Log...

or.. this... pipe-microsoft = ad.doubleclick.net ? 0_o

any suggestions?

From that client pc open a terminal and post results for nslookup ad.doubleclick.net , this will test if it working or not.

According to your screenshot, a browser extension blocked that page, not Pi-hole.

Did you try to follow the advice from the message and unblock that domain in your browser extension yet?

yes, I disabled all extensions, but only after restarting the browser, it stopped blocking.
then I enabled one by one and it turned out to be - Adblock for Chrome. Added to Whitelist!
