How do you temporarily disable pihole blocking?

We may need to temporarily disable ad blocking. I currently have 2 Pihole installations and I will activate or deactivate them one by one as needed. What apps or shortcuts do you use, whether on your phone or desktop?

I'm looking for alternatives to make my life easier.
