I think **psstentice.com** should be added to the block list, regex block list because it uses dozens of domains. All of a sudden I got intrusive and scammy ads for junk gadgets, crypto services and S3x pills on my Android phone's screen. I saw many entries of this domain in my pihole log and blocked it manually. Now those pesky ads are gone.
I didn't see anything of this in my log files.
But just do it
(\.|^)psstentice\.com
But something is requesting all of that stuff on your phone so you need to remove that piece of software A.S.A.P. to avoid the same issue when connected to LTE or someone else's WiFi !!! ![]()
Sometimes, I try reading a story that appears on fb. I found an advertisement showed up which attempted to scare me into thinking my iPhone was infected with a virus. I observed the window title always came from the same domain so I added this entry "(\.|^)totalprotectionscan\.online$" to the Deny Domain list.
That solved the fake ads but now a 404 page not found error is created. These scammers are a scummy lot.

Sounds like you need a browser that's compatible with uBlock Origin on your phone ![]()
I would like to add more information regarding this domain.
This is a domain used by Ad-Shield anti ad block, they are a very aggressive anti ad blocker and "ad recovery" service.
How they work is a simple
The site has JS that checks if ads load, if it fails, it tries to load ads in via it's domains, and if it fails, it will punish the user with a full screen turn off your ad block page.
Generally, blocking their domains results in the website breaking because of the above.
I have heard they have a mobile version coming, but I have not seen it in the wild yet.
What I'm curious is what do you have? Do you have an app that's showing the ads?
or possibly even malware
or is it a website you are visiting? I would like to know more about it
I think it was a website I got this from. I'm not sure if it was the Science or Discovery website but it began almost right after visiting those sites.
