The issue I am facing:
Of late I am getting a lot of ads on youtube and their link looks like:https://www.youtube.com/playables/Ugkx77Zleo4A6MThiMpKWLI4OuyvzMMoEv-p
I am wanting to block the youtube.com/playables/* stuff.

What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:
I don't understand enough of the syntax how to block those addresses.
Pihole is a domain level blocker. What your looking to block is the URL and pihole is incapable of doing that.
You would need to use a broweser plug in like adblock / ghostery etc to try to do that. Youtube is constantly changing things up so its always a battle.
