Help needed with specific URL

I keep getting this ad on one of my torrent pages:

Now I've blocked all this:

Yet the ads just keep on coming, what am I doing wrong?

If you look at your screenshot, you will see you have added these all to the whitelist, which prevents them from being blocked. I think you intended to add them to the blacklist.

Anyway, they are now added in many levels as wildcards but still the ads keep coming:

PS: And of course, none are whitelisted.

Please upload a debug log and post just the token generated by

pihole -d

allowing to upload when prompted, or do it through the Web interface:
