This is a very long shot, on account of my very shitty memory. A couple years ago I was interested in a custom router, even had it bookmarked along with a guide on how to set it up properly. Lost the bookmarks...
I don't think it was a raspberry pi though, so it might be an adjacent project to pihole that happens to also have pihole or do similar job.
This is what I "remember" (might all be wrong lol):
- It might be white
- I'm pretty sure there were two versions sold, one sort of more advanced or something
- It was often sold out, while the guy got batches ordered/built. I think it was one guy's project building these (this is why I don't think it was a pi)
- Pricing I think was less than $200, probably less than or close to $100
- It might not even have anything to do with pihole but I sort of remember it does
I've searched through my browser history and the far reaches of my brain, Googled and asked AIs to no avail.
It's none of these:
- GL.iNet
- Turris
- Gargoyle
- Adafruit
- No popular brand (TP Link etc)
So sorry for this shitty post, but I don't want to go insane without trying all avenues to remember
I'll see myself out.
