Has anyone tried to add Rogue DNS Server to a Blocklist?

I found some using this site https://www.threatminer.org/domain.php?q=js-agent.newrelic.com

I will keep looking around for a list, but it maybe an manual effort to find them.

Most of the time you reference DNS servers by their IP because you can't resolve the hostname without a DNS server.
