Google ads creeping back in

Expected Behaviour:

I've noticed over the past couple of weeks that I'm receiving Google ads on all my devices where I used to have them successfully blocked.

Actual Behaviour:

I've found that the offending ads are coming from *.safeframe.googlesyndication.com. Wildcard blacklisting does not work.
