The debug log shows that your router's DHCP server is giving out its own IP (the router) to clients to use for DNS.
Server IP address: 192.168.1.254
dns-server: 192.168.1.254
router: 192.168.1.254
It needs to be giving out the Pi-hole's IP 192.168.1.94 instead. Update the router's DHCP settings so it's only giving out the Pi-hole's IP address as DNS. Then bounce the clients off and back on to the network to pick up the new settings.
The debug log also shows that Pi-hole is working to block domains when it is being used.
