Gateway unresolvable and no internet through the dns at all

Please follow the below template, it will help us to help you

Expected Behaviour:

Replace this text with what you think should be happening. Please include as much detail relevant to your system/install as possible including, but not limited to:

Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS x64

Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.4

Configured static ip 192.168.2.240 and 192.168.2.241 for eth0 and wlan0 at router and locally, both with 8.8.8.8 DNS set to allow the pi to not pass through pihole. Pihole configured to use eth0 but configured to permit all origins. Both eth0 and wlan0 addresses set as dns on router, primary and secondary respectively. All devices on network expected to connect to internet through pihole after reconnection.

Actual Behaviour:

No internet is available through the pihole dns, set on the router or on a client. Pi has no internet access either, despite dns bypass. Internet is available on network if alternate dns is applied on any other client. Pi cannot reach gateway. Behavior is the same if configuration is left at most basic (fresh updated os, dns on eth0, static ip, set as dns on router or on client.)
