Fuzzy changes to total queries

Expected Behaviour:

Raspberry Pi 5
Raspberry Pi OS
Pi-hole v5.18.2
FTL v5.25.1
Web Interface v5.21

No going out of focus.

Actual Behaviour:

Total Queries is going out of focus at each change in the total amount. While this may be ok for those with good eyesight, it isn't for those of us getting into our later years. If you want to keep it, cool, but give us a switch to turn that off please.

Hmm... There is a "glow" effect at each update.

I understand this is creating an undesired blurry image in some cases.

This effect should be turned off in both High Contrast themes, but for some reason it is active in ever theme.
I will look into it and discuss options with the team.
