FTLDNS Does not start at boot

Expected Behaviour:

FTLDNS should be started at boot

Actual Behaviour:

FTLDNS needs the service restarted

DNS Masq had the same issue, so I switched over to the FTL beta branch. Same issue.

Ubuntu 18, have a look at PiHole on Ubuntu 18 on Odroid Xu4 - #5 by robgill for an explanation and possible work around.
