Hi Daniel, are you on a Raspberrry Pi? If so, FTL 3.3 may not be compatible with the distro you are using. You can wait until FTL 4.0 is released, or downgrade to an earlier version of Pi-hole to get it working again.
See Pi-hole v3.3 Released: It's "Extra" Special and check the instructions for Jessie, which is the release you are running you your device.
I tried the 'Pi-hole v3.3 Released: It's "Extra" Special' stuff by updating dnsmasq, but it still will not work.
Run a new pihole -d
and post the token so we can see the current condition of the installation.
