FTL offline and not working

I installed Pi-hole, from the start FTL is offline and is showing red.

I'm using Raspberry pi 3B and latest version of Raspberry Pi OS. I already have Apache installed and its port number is 8000.

Active FTL offline
Load: 0.15 0.1 0.04
Memory usage: 24.9 %

My debug token is https://tricorder.pi-hole.net/6a39l6aif2

You have another DNS server running on port 53, and pihole-FTL cannot bind to that port.

[53] is in use by named (https://docs.pi-hole.net/main/prerequisites/#ports)
