FTL not running after 3.0.1 update

Still somewhat new to Pi-hole, running on FreeNAS Corral docker container.

I was checking up on this and my other containers and I noticed there was an update to my Pi-Hole when I went to the Web UI. I ran the console for the Pi-Hole container and ran the command pihole -up and updated both the Pi-Hole and Web UI to 3.0.1. Then I restarted the container. Verified the version was up to date, then noticed the red dot for FTL Offline. Checked the bottom of the screen and I see this:

Pi-hole Version v3.0.1 Web Interface Version v3.0.1a FTL Version

That's it, nothing behind the FTL Version. It's as if it isn't installed.

I tried many searches both here and via the Googles and couldn't find anything to fix it.

Oh and when I run pihole -up it now gives me: Everything is up to date!

Well I decided it might just be prudent to just uninstall and reinstall the docker container. It worked, and really didn't take much effort to just replicate the settings. I hadn't whitelisted or blacklisted many sites so this just made sense to me.

For future reference, is the console the easiest place to update the container?
