Forwarding of non fqdn

Expected Behaviour:

[pihole does not forward non-fqdn domains because "Never forward non-FQDNs" is selected]

[pihole is forwarding non-fqdn to NS (internal hosts without domain), despite "Never forward non-FQDNs" being selected]

Can you provide a debug token or some examples so we can help with troubleshooting the issue?
