Followed OpenVPN + PiHole guide on DigitalOcean VPS. Can connect to VPN and block ads, but can't access web interface

Expected Behaviour:

Be able to access web interface when connected to the VPN

Actual Behaviour:

Cannot access web interface when connected to VPN after following the "Firewall Configuration" portion of the guide. Receive a "This site can't be reached" even when using "/admin". Here's an image of my iptables:
