First time Pi-hole not working

I have set up a new PiHole server (first time doing anything like this)

Set up goes well and the online interface is working.

I have DHCP IP reservation set up for the raspberry pi I am using as per instructions and have set my DNS on my router to use the default CloudFlare DNS servers provided by and chosen in PiHole.

Everything looks like it should be working but no ads are getting blocked and the online portal is saying that nothing is getting blocked

I'm a bit confused and would appreciate some tips as to where to look next as I am stumped.

I am using an older gen google wifi router but it allows me to do everything that is requested by the set up guide.

I have UPNP enabled and IPv6 disabled

This is incorrect. The DHCP server should be offering the IP of the Pi-hole as the only DNS server.
