Simply put, it’d be helpful to be able to filter the Query Log view down only to denied entries (or allowed).
Advanced filtering already allows filtering Upstream by either blocklist or permitted, as explained in an existing Feature Request New filter "allowed" & "denied" in queries list - #4 by Bucking_Horn.
