Filter out domain for specific client in API/Web interface

I have Pi-hole running on a network in which I am also running a server monitoring my network health. As part of my network health monitoring I make requests to a specific set of sites to check both connection stability and uptime. These requests end up cluttering my "Top permitted domains", and create "white noise" masking actual requests on my network to the domain set.

I have added my monitoring server to the "Top Clients" list to filter out of API/Web interface results, however I cannot add the domain set to "Top Domains / Top Advertisers" or it will also filter out "real" traffic. I am looking for a way to filter out all requests from specific clients, or at a minimum filter out a domain set only from specific clients.

Expected Behaviour:

The ability to filter out domains requested from a specific client.

Actual Behaviour:

No ability to filter out domains requested from a specific client.

That is not the expected behavior in the current version of Pi-hole.
