I tried updating pihole with Pihole -up but it gave an error :
/etc/pihole/setupVars.conf: line 5: adjust.io: command not found
Any ideas?

I don't seem to be able to reproduce this. What is on line 5 in your /etc/pihole/setupVars.conf ?

Did you manually changed this file (setupVars.conf)? Because the correct content looks like this.

Somehow you replaced your configuration with a blocking list. Please run pihole -r and reconfigure your device to obtain again a working configuration.
