Trixie is an unsupported OS for Pi-hole, it has not yet been released:
* 2023-06-10: bookworm is released, and trixie becomes testing
You have unbound sitting on port 53. If you intend to use unbound with Pi-hole, you will need to move unbound to a different port. It appears that this is the case, as you have Pi-hole configured for the following upstream DNS server:
PIHOLE_DNS_1=127.0.0.1#5335
