DST not used in Query list to show correct time using Firefox browser

I noticed that the Daylight Saving Time (DST) is not added in my case to the time shown when using Firefox. When I use Brave (Chome bases browser) the time is shown correctly in the list.

example:

Firefox: 2018-07-06 11:23:16
Brave: 2018-07-06 13:23:16 and this is the correct time.

DST correction should account for one hour, not two?

The timezone used for the query log is taken from the browser, so the browser is the one who has the wrong time zone.
