Downloading FTL results in error 404

When I try to update FTL to 4.0 I get an error 404:

pihole -up
::: Checking for updates...
::: Pi-hole Core: up to date
::: FTL: update available
:::
::: FTL out of date

[i] FTL Checks...
[i] Downloading and Installing FTL...curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found
[✗] Downloading and Installing FTL
Error: URL not found

I tried several suggestions from other threads concerning the same issue. However to no avail. Any ideas?

What hardware platform and OS do you have this installed on?

What is the output of pihole -v from the host terminal?

Was this installed originally using the curl script at Installation - Pi-hole documentation?

Hey @jfb, I was on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. I decided to upgrade to 18.08 LTS, and I reinstalled pihole. Now it's working.
