A whitelist that disables adblocking on specific websites. Useful for supporting developers and causes that interest you, e.g Ecosia, Tab for a Cause, whilst still blocking ads on all other sites.
This is technically impossible with just a DNS server, because there is no way of knowing what page a client is on when they request a domain.
