Domains getting blocked that shouldn’t be

Expected Behaviour:

Typing Facebook.com or YouTube.com should load those pages.

Actual Behaviour:

Sometimes, and only sometimes, my computer won’t load fb or YouTube. I have to clear the DNS cache on the computer then it will load them. They’re not on blocklists and neither is the address with www in front of it.
