Domain blocked by regex although on whitelist

Expected Behaviour:

I have added host disneyplus.com.ssl.sc.omtrdc.net to my whitelist to allow traffic

Actual Behaviour:

This domain is blocked by regex blacklist
Exact match found in exact whitelist
disneyplus.com.ssl.sc.omtrdc.net
Exact match found in regex blacklist
(.|^)omtrdc.net$
(.|^)ssl.sc.omtrdc.net$

How can I fix this please?
Whitelist entries should have precedence

alright, I have removed the whitelist entry and added it again via the query log view.
It seems that this fixed it. It is now accepted and no longer blocked.
