Docker Pi Hole Server Works (?) but no Traffic Routes Through

Did not see any previous topics quite like mine or that had solutions I haven't already tried.

Expected Behaviour:

When I set my preferred DNS in Windows or when I change my DNS server on my router, traffic should be routed through my pi hole server running in a Docker container on my Ubunutu server computer.

Actual Behaviour:

When I change my preferred DNS server in Windows to my pi hole server some websites work correctly while others don't. Opening a site in Firefox might work but not in Edge, for example. I've tried loading multiple sites and loading new web pages to make sure I'm not opening something cached. I get scarce queries reported in the pi hole web UI, all from my host system. Pi hole web UI does not register any other addresses in my network.

Debug Token:

Sounds like your Pi-hole is by-passed, probably by browsers having DNS-over-HTTPS is enabled.
DoH needs to be disabled in browsers if you want DNS traffic filtered by Pi-hole.

Okay, I just looked to make sure DoH is disabled on my browser. It was enabled by default on Firefox. I am still not able to connect to websites. Also apps like Steam are also not able to connect to servers. Also I should take back "some websites work". It doesn't appear anything is working really.
