Do I need Cloudflare/DNScrypt DoH if my router has it as a feature?

My router (RT6600ax) has a feature to enable DoH (DSN over HTTPS). Do I still need to setup cloudflared tunnel or similar for pi-hole? I also read cloudflare will not be supported after February 2026, maybe I can setup dnscrypt-proxy then? TIA.
