DNSSEC not going to 1.1.1.1

I'm running a basic Pihole install with Cloudflare as my upstream but when I enable DNSSEC 1.1.1.1/help says I'm no longer connected to 1.1.1.1 and other websites say RIPE Network Coordination Centre.
If i disable DNSSEC it then says im connected to 1.1.1.1 and the provider is cloudflare.

Is RIPE Network Coordination Centre part of cloudflare?

Does anyone know why?

I suspect that website is not returning accurate information

We've seen similar error reports about this page not being accurate with their reports. Might have been @Bucking_Horn or @yubiuser who mentioned this.
