DNSrank. A DNS benchmarking script

Hello,

In order to test the upstream servers used with my pi-hole, I have developed a simple benchmarking tool for DNS servers under linux.
If you have any feedback on it, please do so.

Of note, Pi-hole already selectively favors the fastest responding DNS server(s) from your upstream DNS servers.
