DNSMasq Service Not Starting DHCP Issue?

Expected Behaviour:

Expected that the DNSMASQ service will start

Actual Behaviour:

It fails to start with error dnsmasq: bad option at line 44 of /etc/dnsmasq.d/01-pihole.conf
On that line there is dhcp-name-match=set:wpad-ignore,wpad
