DNS query Refused

Hello All,

I just setup pi hole on a digital ocean server inside a Docker. Its up and running ..

now, I set the dns in one of my laptop.
and when I try to visit cnn .com(or any other URL) it doesn't open but I see in pi hole query log that it tried to resolve cnn .com and pi hole refused it

Any idea how to solve this ?

Pi-hole is not refusing it, your upstream is refusing to provide an answer.
