Dns_probe_finished_bad_config

Hi everyone,
I have a raspberry Pi5 with a clean install of Raspbian 64bit.

Expected Behaviour:

Browsing works normally, webpages are beeing loaded

Actual Behaviour:

After installing pihole I switched my dns-provider to the IP of the pihole in the fritz.box. Entered IPs for ipv4 and ipv6.

Works great, requests are beeing shown in the dashboard, adlists are read and content is beeing blocked.

After a few hours, some times minutes I receive the error message: dns_probe_finished_bad_config in my browser. No webpage is beeing loaded anymore.
Teams videoconferences work fine.

I have chosen google as DNS-Provider in the settings, and already tried to select additonal DNS-Provider as some Topics here suggest, that google is refusing the amount of requests. (Normal network here, Home with 4 persons)

After switching back to my old provider served dns everything works instantly. After switching to pihole again, once again everything works, but breaks after a short while.
