Is there anything worthwhile to mention about DoQ DNS over QUIC?

I understand it is nowhere near mainstream networking protocols but just wondering what do you guys think about this

Useless. They took something as shitty as DoH and made it shittier.

I noticed that Freek is running pihole with

DNS over QUIC (DoQ) Port 784 (experimental)

Edit, I see in his github that it's not a pihole, but adguard

It's not Pi-hole. And it doesn't make QUIC any less shitty as a DNS protocol.
