DNS not running after update of latest 3.x to 4.0 (raspberry pi2)

Expected Behaviour:

DNS working

Actual Behaviour:

DNS not working, install has an error - see below

Debug Token:

pihole -d does not seem to work. I get:

Pihole -up is all green except for this part:
[✗] Downloading and Installing FTL
Error: Unable to get latest release location from GitHub
[✗] FTL Engine not installed

Dashboard shows a red dot and: DNS service not running

Check /etc/resolv.conf and change 127.0.0.1 to a public DNS resolver like 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 and try the update again.

Thanks! seems to be updating now.

FYI, did noticed one error during installation - not sure if it hurts but thought I'd mention:
Backing up index.lighttpd.html
No default index.lighttpd.html file found... not backing up

Update: it works again, thx! impressive how fast that was!
