DNS leakage when using cellular network

I'd like to jump on this thread. I used a proxy (local proxy) on mobile (android) and when I use cellular but my DNS is set to an upstream other than my default isp, it is still shown on dnsleaktest. It shows the cellular isp instead of my selection like open dns or quad nine.

Is this also normal?

Pi-hole isn't involved when your mobile phone is connecting to a cellular network, nor would any other local DNS resolver within your home network (e.g. a local unbound).
