Expected:
DNS should be resolved through pihole on raspberry pi zero 2, on debian.
I setup my router so that the DNS should have the pi ip.
Actual Behaviour:
I'm still seeing ads.

Your router is advertising a different DNS server:
router: 192.168.1.1
dns-server: 213.57.2.5
dns-server: 192.168.1.164
Using 2 different DNS servers will allow the devices to bypass Pi-hole in some cases.
You should only set Pi-hole in your router.
