DigitalOcean and metrics

Hello, everyone!

I have a couple of pihole servers on Debian10 at DigitalOcean, and they work like a charm. I even have the synching to each other, and it works perfectly. No vpn, just pure pihole.

The problem is that since I installed pi-hole, the boxes can't connect to the DigitalOcean metrics servers to upload droplet performance data. I see the box trying to send http pushes. They don't go anywhere. They use ports 80 and 443 to send out the stats to their collection server.

I'm using digitalocean's cloud firewall to restrict inbound access to the boxes, but all traffic is allowed outbound.

Contacted support, and they think there is a firewall on the droplets.

Any of this make sense, and anyone has an idea?

Thanks!
